For some reason orange folders at my son's school are required, and yet it's nearly impossible to find them in any store!! After going to five different stores in different cities I just decided to buy them on line. I bought enough for the rest of each school year for both my kids so that I don't have to go through this hassle again. The product itself is good; a basic plastic folder. It's not as thick of a plastic as the other folders that I purchased for school supplies but I think it will hold up like the rest. If it doesn't I have others to spare.I work in a school, and when I used cardstock folders, they fell apart within a few months. These plastic ones are excellent! I have ordered my school colors, I recycle them (student to student), and they have survived day after day with busy teens. I have white, blue, and now black. The black ones seem a little more slippery than the others. Perhaps they are so new, we need to break them in. Overall, an excellent product!My grandson's science teacher listed a heavy duty folder with 2 pockets as a required supply for her class. I ordered three of these in different colors and they seem to be just what she wanted. The colors are bright and attractive and they do seem to be durable. We'll have to wait and see how they stand up to the wear and tear of 7th grade science.Nice folder, but it was bent when I received it. It should have a label on the package to make sure it isn't bent. I'm not sure if I will even be able to use it.Durable, matte, and beautiful! It was a little thinner than hoped, but it gets the job done and it's beautiful! Protects papers and notebooks well when the notebook is flipped 180 degrees. Looks like it will last a while!Ok So the seller got back to me and going to send out the yellow one I ordered. I do have to say it look like a great lasting product. It looks like in the photo. But they are sending me out the yellow one that I did not get they sent a red one to me but they are sending it to me no charge so that's great. We are required to have a red folder with emergency information inside on our desk at all times. Also, we are required to carry the red folder on safety drills. These folders are sturdy enough to last several school years. Great product.
