Instruction number 1 should be throw the instructions away. I applied it like tint and it works well with the exception of the edges rolling back which is because i feel that the film was rolled up backwards from how it shouldve been, Clean glass with soapy water in a spray bottle then spritz the glass with solution and squeegy the vinyl to the glass and then remove the clear film spritz the adhesive side with soapy solution and flip it over onto the glass and squeegy out the bubbles then trim with an exacto blade.It is advertised with"cling" in the description but it isn't a cling pvc item. It's adhesive. It even shows directions on the ad page that are for a cling type pvc product but it definitely isn't. This applies like adhesive window film and it's difficult to apply to a functioning tank that you on a stand near a wall.We got this for our granddaughters fish tank. It’s adorable she loves the little scuba diver. The color is nice and rich it was very easy to install.Picture is blurry.This is for Robert who answer my question.... Great product.... Need to check instructions online... There is an adhesive back that peels off and it sticks like glue.. You need to be careful apply it because once it sets hard to get off... Hope this is helpfulI ordered a 24 by 16 inch backdrop. What I received was one much bigger. I had to cut the side and top to make it fit my tank. My tank is 24 by 16 inches. So I lost quite a bit of the photo. The photo shows the slip showing the size of the one I received. Which works out to be about 30 inches by 16, as it’s listed in centimeters, but it was bigger than this as I had to cut the stop as well.I wish they had more designs, but it was easy to install and it looks really niceThe background I received was not even the same I ordered. I ordered the one with the reef and lots of tiny orange fish all over it, and instead got something not even pictured. A dark reef photo with photoshopped dolphins. The background also had a lot of marks where it had been bent or not rolled carefully. My last big gripe is that it said it was 12”x24”, but it was actually way bigger and I had to cut out half the image to fit it. Super disappointed, as I wanted something bright and fun for my kids’ tank, and I paid extra specifically for that size and background. I would have returned it but I didn’t have time and it was a surprise for my kids. Definitely was not worth $17
